The App is intended for entertainment, relationship building, and couple bonding purposes only. Users should use the App responsibly and in accordance with their relationship dynamics and comfort levels.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

Who’s Most Likely To – Couples offers premium subscription plans to unlock advanced features:

• Weekly Plan: $4.99 USD per week (3-day free trial)
• Annual Plan: $24.99 USD per year

• All subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.
• Prices are subject to change with appropriate advance notice (e.g., 30 days).
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
• Premium subscriptions include access to extreme questions, favorites functionality, and ad-free experience.
• A 3-day free trial is offered for the weekly plan.

IMPORTANT: The exact price may vary by country and will be displayed in your local currency within the respective app store.

4. AUTO-RENEWAL AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The cost of renewal will be the same as the original subscription price unless you have been notified of a price change.

• Payments are processed exclusively through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Anycode does not store or have direct access to your payment information.
• All billing disputes related to payments must be resolved through your respective app store.
• Payment is typically required at the time of subscription purchase.

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions directly in your device's app store settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

5. APP USAGE AND CONTENT

• The App provides questions and conversation starters for couples.
• Users are responsible for their own responses and interactions.
• Anycode is not responsible for any relationship outcomes or consequences of using the App.
• Users should use the App in a manner that respects their partner's comfort and boundaries.
