1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using any application or service developed by Anycode ("the App" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anycode.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Anycode develops a variety of mobile applications and digital services designed to meet diverse user needs. For example, some of our applications may include features such as:

• WiFi network scanning capabilities.
• Bluetooth device detection.
• Infrared light or electromagnetic field (EMF) detection.
• Visual inspection assistance tools.
• Productivity and utility features.

Each specific App or Service is intended for its stated purpose, such as legitimate security, privacy protection, productivity, or entertainment purposes only.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

Many of Anycode's premium applications offer various subscription plans to unlock advanced features. While specific plans and pricing vary by application, common examples include:

• Weekly Subscription: e.g., $2.99 USD per week
• Annual Subscription: e.g., $9.99 USD per year

• All subscription plans typically automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.
• Prices are subject to change with appropriate advance notice (e.g., 30 days).
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions generally include access to all premium features of that specific application.
• A free trial period may be offered at our discretion for certain applications.

IMPORTANT: The exact price may vary by country and will be displayed in your local currency within the respective app store.

4. AUTO-RENEWAL AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Subscriptions for our applications automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The cost of renewal will be the same as the original subscription price unless you have been notified of a price change.

• Payments for our applications are processed exclusively through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Anycode does not store or have direct access to your payment information.
• All billing disputes related to payments must be resolved through your respective app store.
• Payment is typically required at the time of subscription purchase.

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions for Anycode applications directly in your device's app store settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
