SpyMic is designed with privacy as a foundational principle. We collect only the minimum necessary data to enable the app's core functionality:

• Device Information: Basic technical details (e.g., operating system version) may be used to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Microphone & Sensor Data: SpyMic may access microphone input, magnetometer data, or other sensor signals for the purpose of detecting potential surveillance devices. This data is processed locally on your device and is not stored or shared.
• App Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymized and aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency) to improve app performance. This data does not include any personally identifiable information.
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to premium features, your payment and subscription status is managed entirely by your device’s app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). SpyMic does not access, collect, or store your payment details.

IMPORTANT: All sensitive detection activities and related data stay on your device. SpyMic does not transmit detection results, audio recordings, or sensor data to any external server.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The limited information we collect is used solely to:

• Enable and optimize the detection functionality of SpyMic.
• Improve accuracy, stability, and performance of the app.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage access to subscription-based features.

SpyMic will NEVER:

• Sell or share your personal or usage data with third parties.
• Use your information for advertising or marketing purposes without explicit opt-in.
• Store detection data or audio recordings on external servers.
• Access or track your real-time location.
• Have access to or store your payment information (this is handled exclusively by the app store provider).

3. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

• All subscription management (activation, renewal, cancellation) is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• SpyMic does not store, view, or have access to your payment information.
• We do not offer external billing or third-party payment services.
